Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR team in identifying, engaging, and evaluating potential candidates for various roles within the organization. This position is entirely offline and requires the intern to work from our office.

Responsibilities

1. Search for potential applicants across professional networks such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

2. Connect with candidates through calls, messages, and email communication.

3. Work closely with hiring leaders to understand job expectations.

4. Apply different sourcing strategies to shortlist suitable profiles.

5. Create and maintain a structured talent pool for ongoing and upcoming requirements.

6. Monitor recruitment stages and maintain basic hiring statistics.

7. Request referrals from employees and external contacts.

8. Support internal and external employer-branding initiatives.

9. Keep candidate information updated and well-organized in databases.

10. Reach out to previously contacted applicants for new opportunities.

Skills Needed

• Interest in recruitment and HR functions

• Ability to search candidates using job portals and social platforms

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good organizational habits and time-management skills

• Professional behavior while interacting with applicants

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
