About the role: A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives. Key Responsibilities: • Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms. • Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions. • Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls. • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports. • Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups. • Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring. • Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes . • Good sourcing and candidate screening skills. • Ability to understand basic technical job requirements. • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage. • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
