Oliver Wyman - Talent Acquisition Intern - Gurugram Company: Oliver Wyman Description: Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our IMEA (India, Middle East, and South Africa) Recruitment Team ! This role will be based out of our Gurugram office . Key Responsibilities : Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage records by maintaining and updating recruitment files and organizing CVs. Create offer letters and provide ad hoc support for various recruitment tasks. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; strong command of English (written and verbal). Skills & Attributes: Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels. Must be enrolled in a university or on a father’s visa. Should be based in the Delhi/ NCR.
