We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

• Source candidates via job portals, networking, headhunting & internal database

• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews with clients

• Maintain and update the talent pool regularly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employees

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Strong sourcing, networking & candidate assessment skills

• Proactive, enthusiastic and self-driven

Mandatory Experience:

• Must have worked with companies certified by the Ministry of Affairs

• Must have experience in international recruitment
