Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring activities. You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals & social media
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
Support onboarding activities
Build strong employer branding and candidate relationships
Required Skills:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to multitask and meet targets
MS Office and email handling skills
Qualification:
Any UG degree (HR preferred) | Freshers / 0–2 years experience
