Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance support, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Support statutory compliance activities and labor law documentation.
• Manage employee letters, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
• Maintain HRMIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Support performance management and employee communication initiatives.
• Implement and administer Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes across the organization.
• Coordinate PF and ESI registrations for eligible employees and ensure timely monthly contributions and filings.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate/MBA in Human Resources.
• 2–5 years of HR Operations experience in Real Estate
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Background
Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or fast-growing organizations.
