Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Piplod, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Up to 45,000 In-Hand (Based on relevant experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Shine and other job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
Handle offer negotiation, offer release, follow-ups and joining coordination.
Build talent pipelines through Boolean search, headhunting, employee referrals and social media sourcing.
Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS/HRMS updates and candidate database.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
Male candidates Preferred.
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna and Shine.
Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and salary negotiation skills.
Good communication, stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
