Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site solar power plant installation and execution activities.
Monitor installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical equipment.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and project managers.
Monitor electrical or civil work progress, depending on the assigned role.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, material usage, and work schedules.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of solar projects.
