Senior UKG Pro WFM Consultant Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: Senior UKG Pro WFM Consultant (Support & Projects) Job Summary We are seeking a Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to manage both ongoing production support and project-based implementations/enhancements. This role requires a strong techno-functional expert who can stabilize systems, resolve complex issues, and lead new initiatives within the UKG Pro WFM environment. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions / Kronos) Strong expertise in: Timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance Complex pay rule and accrual configuration Production support and incident management Experience handling both implementation projects and steady-state support Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience Level Senior Level
