Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for all open positions.

• Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms, job portals, and social networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates through assessments and tests.

• Advertise job openings on relevant job boards, social media channels, and professional networks.

• Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to forecast and understand future recruitment needs.

• Conduct background verification checks for selected candidates.

• Maintain and update recruitment-related records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: MBA HR

• Experience Range: 1-5 Years

• Strong knowledge of resume databases, recruitment software, and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Willingness to work 6 Days .
