Location: Dalanwala, Dehradun
Role: HR & Operations Executive
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in end-to-end recruitment. Prior management/leadership experience will be an added advantage.
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
✅ Monitor office operations & team productivity
✅ Review daily reports and ensure timely task completion
✅ Maintain HR records & operational trackers
✅ Support process improvements and team coordination
