Recruitment & Staffing
• Plan and execute manpower recruitment across sites.
• Coordinate with site supervisors/field officers for timely deployment of staff.
• Ensure proper onboarding and induction at all locations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve grievances.
• Conduct periodic site visits to interact with employees.
• Drive engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and weekly offs across locations.
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Performance Management & Training
• Implement appraisal and performance evaluation systems.
• Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.
• Develop supervisors and team leads for better manpower handling.
Policies & Procedures
• Standardize HR processes across all sites.
• Ensure all employees follow company rules and regulations.
• Recommend improvements in policies for multi-location operations.
Coordination & Reporting
• Act as the link between management and site teams.
• Submit monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status).
• Assist management in manpower planning and strategy formulation.
