Senior HR Executive

Payroll Management:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees on time.

• Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions before payroll processing.

• Handle full and final settlements of resigned employees.

• Generate salary slips and resolve payroll-related queries.

• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and related reconciliations.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure timely remittance and filing of statutory contributions – PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, etc.

• Prepare and maintain compliance reports and registers as per statutory norms.

• Liaise with external auditors, labour inspectors, and government authorities when required.

• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Records:

• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

• Handle employee onboarding formalities and exit documentation.

• Support HR audits by ensuring all documents are in compliance.

• Update and maintain HRMS data accurately.

Employee Engagement & Support:

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.

• Support grievance handling, employee queries, and general HR administration.

• Coordinate welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
