Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and documentation (offer letters, contracts, ID cards, joining formalities).
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and labor laws.
Maintain HR records and MIS reports related to manpower, attrition, recruitment, and compliance.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues, maintaining industrial harmony.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices aligned with company standards.
Coordinate with operations/project teams for manpower planning and deployment.
Organize training programs for skill development, safety awareness, and team building.
Support management in performance appraisal processes and career development planning.
Liaise with government/municipal bodies regarding labor and compliance requirements.
