The Senior Executive - HR will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations and employee relations. The role requires a dynamic HR professional who can balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution, contributing to building a strong and people-centric workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, celebrations, and recognition activities.
Connect with employees and conduct feedback sessions to promote a positive work culture.
Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and other HR documentation.
Manage employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Provide HR support to employees and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement practices.
Good understanding of HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
