Job Description

Key Responsibilities  Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client requirements.  Source and screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases.  Conduct preliminary interviews and assess both cultural and technical fit.  Handle candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to control dropouts.  Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for seamless closures.  Work on multiple mandates across different industries and locations.  Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.  Maintain daily recruitment trackers, reports, and status updates.  Use ATS/CRM tools, job portals, and recruitment systems effectively.  Participate in client calls for requirement gathering and status reviews.
