Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing talent to integrating new hires. 

• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between staff and management, addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and fostering positive communication. 

• Performance Management: Implement systems for appraisals, feedback, and high-performance culture. 

• Learning & Development: Assess training needs and develop programs for employee growth and succession planning. 

• Compensation & Benefits: Administer pay plans, benefits, and ensure fair compensation. 

• Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies, updating handbooks and procedures. 

• Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with overall business objectives. 

Essential Functions:

• Oversee HR department operations and staff.

• Maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and generate reports for management.

• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive work environment.

• Manage HR-related data analytics and metrics.
