Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for our external clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating between clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth on boarding process through to invoice clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret client requirements and job descriptions for various roles.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels (portals, networking, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain consistent communication with both client and candidate throughout the hiring process.
Manage the on boarding process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Follow up with clients for feedback, selection status, and invoice clearance.
Maintain candidate and client databases in an organized manner.
Work closely with the client HR/TA team to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in white-collar hiring).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver within deadlines.
Professional attitude with a client-service mindset.
