HR – Executive

Required Job Description:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

- Manage employee attendance records and leave requests.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws.

- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.

- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management programs.

- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies and procedures.

- Supervise general administrative functions.

- Support the planning and execution of Employees events and activities.
