✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
✅ Maintain employee records and HR databases
✅ Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
✅ Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance
✅ Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
✅ Handle grievance management professionally
✅ Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding & exit processes
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office
