Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
