Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies

• Handle client communications and support business development initiatives

• Maintain and analyze data using Advanced Excel tools

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of relevant HR experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), typing, and verbal/written communication
