Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team at Grand Continent Hotels Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee onboarding and induction processes

Maintain and update employee data and records

Support recruitment and selection activities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit)

Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives

Monitor and manage attendance and leave records

Perform other HR duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
