About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment processes. This opportunity is ideal for women professionals returning to work after a career break, offering a flexible work structure and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee records

• Handle recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding

• Payroll processing

• Maintain HRMS/data and generate reports

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

• Assist in policy implementation, compliance, and documentation

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or related field

• 5+ years of prior HR experience

• Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment lifecycle

• Familiarity with HRMS or HR software tools

• Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
