• Act as the primary point of contact for local and international clients, ensuring high service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• Monitor branch KPIs through HRMIS and provide weekly MIS reports to the corporate office.
• Oversee Bulk Hiring projects for local staffing and facility management contracts.
• Manage the International Recruitment pipeline, ensuring candidates meet global standards (compliance, documentation, and visa processing coordination).
• Develop sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, and local networks in the Mangalore/Udupi region.
• Payroll & Billing: Oversee the end-to-end coordination between attendance, payroll processing, and client invoicing to ensure zero leakage.
