Senior HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive – Permanent Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent positions across various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on experience in closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent hiring (sourcing to onboarding support).

• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interview rounds.

• Negotiate salary, designation, and joining dates with selected candidates.

• Ensure timely offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Adhere to recruitment timelines and internal HR policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of permanent hiring processes.

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

• Understanding of HR policies and employment practices.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
