We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team at Amaryllis Appliances India Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to
attract top talent.
Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and employee lifecycle
management.
Ensure smooth payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Manage performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and employee
evaluations.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention activities.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and MIS dashboards. Collaborate with management on manpower planning and organisational
development.
Promote company culture, values, and professional growth within the
team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
