·         Late & Early Departure Tracking.

Disciplinary Actions.

·         Prepare contractual manpower budget as par the requirement of the all-department monthly bases.

·         Responsible for the budgeted contractual manpower availability in every department in the budgeted cost and monitor the same on daily bases.

·         To ensure effective main gate control with the help of security team a system in the organization.

·         Biometric access for employees and workers.

·         Display of statutory articles at main gate & display of information outside main gate for public.

·         Gate pass visitors Supplier, contractor’s gate pass system
