Position: Senior HR Executive

Role Purpose
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and positive employee relations in an e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage manpower requirements as per business needs
Handle recruitment, offer letters, and appointment documentation
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift data
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour laws
Support performance appraisal and KPI implementation
Plan and coordinate training and skill development programs
Handle employee grievances and engagement activities
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
Manage resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and compliance
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
Experience in payroll and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong documentation and reporting ability
Experience
3–6 years of relevant HR experience (E-commerce/Operations preferred)
