We are looking to hire an experienced and responsible HR Manager who will also be responsible for following up with customers regarding outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key duties will include making follow-up calls to clients for clearing dues, maintaining records of client interactions, and coordinating with the accounts team for payment status updates. On the HR front, the candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling payroll and monthly salary calculations, managing attendance and leave data, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like PF and ESI. The HR Manager will also address employee grievances, manage performance records, and help implement company policies and engagement activities. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR roles is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and fluency in both Hindi and English are essential. Knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems will be an added advantage.
