" Job Description & Summary: Manages day-to-day resourcing operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Collaborates with delivery and HR teams to meet business requirements through proactive resource planning and reporting. Responsibilities: PwC India is hiring experienc Manage end-to-end allocation of employees to projects based on skills, experience, and availability. Conduct regular utilization reviews and bench management activities. Monitor RM metrics and provide analytical insights for decision-making. Support project managers in addressing resource conflicts and shortfalls. Drive capacity planning and reallocation to meet client delivery timelines. Prepare detailed MIS and business reports (utilization, availability, variance). Collaborate across departments for workforce forecasting and hiring needs. Identify minor process gaps and suggest improvements. Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory Specific - Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal etc.), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion. - Experience with GBS / GCC strategy roadmap creation, detailed future state design and transition management, - experience in location strategy, activity level scoping for various functions (Fin, HR, IT, procurement etc.) and FTE sizing - Business case scenario modelling based on various options - Transition roadmap creation - Designing the target operating model design - Ability to design processes using tools such as Visio, Aris etc, mapping hand off points, identifying controls - Experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for GCC/GBS feasibility studies. - Experience with automation and digital enablers (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics tools) to streamline GBS operations - Worked with senior stakeholders to design KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms for GBS service management - Managed service delivery transformation projects, including outsourcing vendor selection and contract management. - Experience with at least 1 end to end GBS/GCC execution program - Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as client stakeholder management, problem solving, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in power point, excel and Visio skills - Experience with project management methodologies and tools Mandatory skill sets: Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas). Good understanding of RM lifecycle and project staffing processes. Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Time management and multitasking ability. Preferred skill sets: Utilization %, bench optimization, and resourcing accuracy. Quality and insightfulness of RM reports. Stakeholder satisfaction and timely project staffing.
