We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Admin Manager to oversee and manage the overall administrative operations of the manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office and factory administration, employee attendance management, facility management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance support, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of office and manufacturing plant.
Maintain and monitor attendance records of employees, labour, and staff through biometric/manual systems.
Coordinate with HR department for attendance reporting, leave records, overtime, and payroll support.
Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, maintenance, and facility management activities.
Handle vendor management, AMC contracts, procurement of office/admin supplies, and negotiation with service providers.
Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure, factory premises, utilities, and equipment.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Production, and Management for smooth operational support.
Maintain records related to administration, assets, licenses, attendance, and office documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local statutory requirements.
Monitor admin budgets, cost control, and expense management.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, guest management, and event coordination.
Manage administration team performance and allocate duties effectively.
Resolve employee administrative issues and provide operational support.
Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies whenever required.

Qualifications

5-15 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing industry.
