Role Overview
The Screening Manager will oversee the end-to-end screening, evaluation, and onboarding process for house-help experts ( maids) and workforce staff. This role ensures that Tenzo’s quality, hygiene, service, and behavioural standards are upheld during recruitment and onboarding. The Screening Manager will lead a team of Screening Executives, coordinate with trainers and operations, and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Screening & Evaluation Oversight
o Supervise the screening process conducted by Screening Executives.
o Ensure candidates meet Tenzo’s hygiene, service, and behavioral standards.
o Oversee documentation verification and background checks.
• Training & Onboarding Coordination
o Collaborate with Training Managers to align screened candidates with training schedules.
o Conduct orientation sessions for new recruits on Tenzo’s service protocols and workplace conduct.
o Ensure smooth transition from screening to training and deployment.
• Team Leadership & Development
o Manage and mentor Screening Executives, ensuring consistency in evaluation standards.
o Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
o Ensure adherence to statutory and company compliance standards during screening and onboarding.
o Monitor and audit screening records, reports, and onboarding dashboards.
• Operational Alignment
o Work closely with operations to match screened candidates with workforce demand.
o Maintain updated records of candidate readiness and deployment status.
• Continuous Improvement
o Identify gaps in screening processes and recommend improvements.
o Introduce new evaluation techniques and onboarding practices to enhance efficiency.
