Job Description

Role: Sales Recruiter / Business Development Associate.

Summary: "Humein ek aise energetic person ki talash hai jo hamari domestic help agency ke liye naye clients onboard kar sake aur sales team ko grow karne mein madad kare."

2. Key Responsibilities (Kaam kya hoga)

Yahan wahi likhiye jo unhe daily basis par karna hoga:

Lead Generation: Social media, local directories, aur references se naye customers (households/offices) dhoondna.

Client Onboarding: Customers ko services ke baare mein samjhana aur deal close karna.

Staff Coordination: Recruitment team ke saath milkar ye ensure karna ki client ki requirement ke hisaab se sahi maid ya cook allot ho.

Field Visits: Agar zaroorat ho toh premium clients ke yahan visit karna.

3. Requirements (Skills kya honi chahiye)

Communication: Hindi aur Basic English (taaki har tarah ke client se baat kar sakein).

Persuasion: Logon ko convince karne ki kala.

Experience: Sales ya Recruitment mein 1-2 saal ka experience (optional, par acha rehta hai).

Local Knowledge: Delhi, Gurgaon, ya Noida ke areas ki achi samajh.
