Sales Recruiter

Join Policy Bhandar as a Recruitment Executive, where your main responsibility will be to call leads generated through our advertisements (Google Ads, social media, etc.) as well as call on fresh data of people interested in earning by becoming insurance agents. You will explain the agent opportunity, provide complete information about the companies they can join, and guide them on the benefits of becoming an agent.

You will collect their personal and qualification details to help schedule their insurance exam. You must support and guide candidates throughout the exam process until they successfully become agents. Additionally, you will maintain and update all lead data properly and prepare reports in Excel once agents are onboarded.
