Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
Source, screen, and hire sales executives, telecallers, and marketing staff.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to final selection.
Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate joining formalities and orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
Support payroll inputs and daily HR operations.
4. Employee Engagement:
Create a positive work culture by organizing team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities.
Handle employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff.
5. Performance Monitoring:
Track sales team performance and ensure regular feedback and updates to management.
Assist in setting and reviewing targets for the sales department.
6. Coordination:
Work closely with management and department heads for manpower planning.
Support management in HR strategy, policy updates, and compliance.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong recruitment and people management abilities.
Confident, well-presented, and proactive.
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and HR tools preferred.
Real estate or sales recruitment experience is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor’s / MBA (HR or related field preferred)
