Master Key Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (www.skill360.co.in) is seeking an experienced BFSI HR Recruiter to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. If you have a passion for recruitment and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and referrals)

2. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.

3. Collaborate with clients/hiring managers to understand job requirements.

4. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.

5. Build relationships with clients and candidates.

6. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights.

Requirements:

1. 1-5 years of experience in TA Role.

2. Experience in Sourcing, Screening, Short listing and scheduling of Interview with Clients.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic knowledge of HR systems and Excel.
