About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier sales talent to help drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales domain and be able to identify high-performing professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand sales team hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified sales candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate conversion rates.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive market intelligence.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales or business development roles.
• Strong understanding of sales roles, metrics, and team structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Nice to Have:
• Experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles or startups.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Prior experience in a sales role (bonus).
