Sales Recruiter

About the Role

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for open roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update applicant tracking/database

• Manage offer roll-out, negotiations, and onboarding formalities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

• Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, join ratio, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate)

• Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment techniques

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bulk or niche hiring (if applicable)

• Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools

• Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
