Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project or commission basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and hiring priorities from the client/company

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Support offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (freelance or full-time)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

• Experience hiring Architects / Designers / Technical / Corporate roles is a plus

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking tools preferred
