Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals who can drive revenue growth and contribute to our company’s success. This role requires a strong understanding of sales functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with sales leadership and HR to understand current and future hiring needs.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber sales talent (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs, BDMs, Sales Managers).
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future sales openings.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and report on progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive compensation offers and smooth onboarding.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.
