Job Title: Internal Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panel members
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Communicate job offers and assist in onboarding formalities
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
