Position: Recruitment Trainee

Location: Sector 62, Noida (In-Office)
Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 10am – 7pm
Reports To: Recruitment Lead

About the Role

This is your opportunity to launch your recruitment career from the frontlines. As a Recruitment Trainee, you’ll work directly with experienced recruiters to learn the A-to-Z of hiring—from job document preparation to onboarding. If you’re curious, people-oriented, and proactive, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordination, and offer closure

·       Use tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases to find candidates

·       Schedule interviews and maintain candidate tracking sheets

·       Assist in client hiring drives, internal projects, and database management

·       Participate in team huddles and learn from real-time hiring challenges

·       Represent our values of competence, commitment, and trust in all interactions

Key Skills & Qualifications

·       Commerce/ business graduates only.

·       Fluent in English language - written & verbal both

·       Fast learner with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets know-how

·       Self-driven, professional, and eager to grow in recruitment

·       Open to occasional travel for work-related events & business meetings.
