We are seeking a Recruitment Executive with hands-on experience in frontline grey-collar hiring as well as non-IT mid and senior-level recruitment. The role requires strong sourcing capability, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
· Handle hiring for frontline grey-collar, middle, and senior-level positions across functions
· Source candidates through:
o Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
o Social media platforms
o Head-hunting and employee referrals
· Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
· Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations
· Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
· 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
· Strong exposure to non-IT corporate hiring and bulk/frontline grey-collar recruitment
· Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment
