Recruitment Associate

Location: Remote  
Duration: 3–6 Months (Conversion to Full-Time) 
Function: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment 

About the Role 

We are looking for high-potential Recruitment Interns who are eager to build a long-term career in talent acquisition. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where you will work closely with experienced recruiters and gain real exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. 

Successful interns will be converted into full-time Recruiters with attractive compensation and growth opportunities.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Screen resumes from multiple job portals and databases 

• Call and speak with 80–90 candidates daily to assess suitability 

• Clearly explain client requirements, roles, and hiring processes 

• Shortlist and process relevant candidate profiles 

• Build strong rapport and maintain professional candidate relationships 

• Understand candidate motivations by reading between the lines 

• Coordinate via emails, trackers, and internal recruitment tools 

• Maintain accurate data using Excel and reporting sheets 

 Required Skills & Attributes 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Confidence in speaking with candidates over calls 

• Good working knowledge of Excel, email communication, and basic documentation 

• Smart, observant, and quick to learn 

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

• Hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented 

• Willingness to make high-volume calls daily 

• Genuine interest in recruitment and people interactions
