Coordinate with ITI and Diploma colleges/institutes for campus placement drives.
Schedule interviews and recruitment activities with placement officers.
Represent the company at campus drives, job fairs, and placement events.
Share job requirements and company details with institutes and candidates.
Maintain relationships with placement coordinators and training institutes.
Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment and campus activity records.
Travel for campus recruitment drives and job fairs as required.
