Job Overview

We are hiring a proactive Sourcing Specialist to make outbound calls, reactivate inactive Shine.com users, and support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Call inactive users and assist in activating their profiles.

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.

• Explain job roles and schedule interviews.

• Maintain call logs, candidate data, and trackers.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team for follow-ups.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.

Requirements

• The candidate should be from Gurgaon or nearby (local candidate preferred).

• 0–1 year of experience in sourcing, telecalling, customer support, or recruitment.

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.
