  • Candidates ko job details samjhana aur Interview / Joining ke liye line-up karna.

  • Daily calling targets achieve karna (Bulk hiring environment).

  • Candidate ko job ke process ke baare me clearly & politely explain karna.

  • HR recruitment team ke saath coordination karna for interview & onboarding.
