Job Description

  • Role Title: Field Recruiter / Rider Hiring Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Delivery Bikers)

  • Industry: Logistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Food Delivery

  • Work Type: Full-time (Field-based or Office-cum-Field)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Mobilization: Source delivery executives and bike riders through local field drives, referrals, job portals, social media, and cold calling.

  • Screening & Document Verification: Conduct initial interviews and verify essential documents, including valid driving licenses, vehicle papers, Aadhaar/ID proofs, and background checks.

  • Onboarding & Training Coordination: Guide candidates through registration, app installations, safety briefings, and final onboarding.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database and continuous pipeline of qualified riders to meet daily and weekly operational targets.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with last-mile operations and hub managers to understand manpower shortages and shift requirements

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in blue-collar hiring, volume recruitment, or field operations (logistics/delivery background preferred).

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduation in any stream.

  • Key Skills: Local route knowledge, persuasive communication, cold calling, and target-driven execution.

  • Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile recruitment/ATS software.
