Job Description

We are looking for a Female HR (Team Leader – Blue Collar Recruitment) who can handle the complete end-to-end hiring process and manage target-based bulk hiring operations.

Key Requirements:

Candidate must be able to manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)

Should be comfortable with target-driven / bulk hiring

Must be travel-friendly, as the role may require field visits and on-ground hiring

Strong communication skills are mandatory

Candidate should have good command over English (spoken & basic written)

Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring deadlines
